I'm Toni, a certified health, nutrition and fitness coach. I help people transform their lives in the areas of health, fitness and nutrition. I empower my clients to overcome emotional eating, leading to improved health and wellness.

My clients want to overcome emotional eating, lose weight, get in shape, eat healthy, be happier and more fulfilled in life. My health and wellness journey

A.M.E.N Health and Nutrition Coaching was born out of my personal journey. I struggled with emotional eating, depression, sugar addiction, caffeine addiction and a low appetite. I was always ill, depressed, and had low energy levels.

My struggles taught me the importance of healthy eating, regular exercise, and paying attention to mental health. I learnt the link between food choices, exercise and health outcomes.

With a positive attitude, good mental health care, regular exercise and optimal nutrition, I conquered depression, my addictions and a low appetite. My personal victories inspired to assist and motivate others towards a healthier and happier lifestyle.

After a bachelor's degree in Biology, a master’s degree in animal science, and a diploma in leadership, I decided to pursue my health coaching certification, which I obtained from the Prestigious Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, a leader in science-based health and wellness education.

My dream is to help busy men and women overcome emotional eating and achieve their health and wellness goals.
