My health and wellness journey
A.M.E.N Health and Nutrition Coaching was born out of my personal journey. My struggles taught me the importance of healthy eating, regular exercise, and paying attention to mental health. I learnt the link between food choices, exercise and health outcomes. I became inspired to assist and motivate others towards a healthier and happier lifestyle. After a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a master’s degree in animal science, I decided to pursue my health coaching certification, which I obtained from the Prestigious Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, a leader in science-based health and wellness education.
